Badrinath Dham is basically dedicated to Bhagvaan Vishnu. As per story this pilgrims was build by gods. And later on some baudh destroy it, and in 8th century Adiguru Shankaracharya again build it.
Now days this pilgrims open only for 6 months from May to October.
How to reach
you are comming from any where you fist need to reach Rishikesh. From Rishikesh you can take bus, Cab or share taxi also. A normal Bus take nearly 10 hours.
while we start our journey from Rishikesh our first main city is Shivpuri where you purchase your daily need things and clothes. After it other city are
mohan chatti, Dev Prayag, Srinagar, Rudraprayag, karanprayag, Gopeshwar, Joshimath, govindghat then Badrinath Dham.
Badrinath Dham is well connected with national and state highways. You can also go with your vehicals.
Where to Stay:
In Badrinath Dham there are several dharamshala and hotels are available. On the way also you can stay in Joshimath , Devprayag, Srinagar and other places. All these places have several hotels, guesthouses and Dharamshala.
